Been using CBD for the past 2 years. I’ve tried quite a few of them. There are only a handful of reputable brands on the market like CW, Purekana and a few others. I can’t remember their names. I recently tried the fourth one on this list, premiumjane. Good stuff and helps with the pain I get in my shoulder. Would recommend it for acute pain. I am not sure if it would work for more serious problems. Anyone else?

I use this example quite often and to answer your question, it takes less than you think. Depending on your size and build, you could experience relief with as little as 20mg a day. Start small and build up until you find what works best for you. Taking a ton of CBD wont do anything because your body can only use so much in a 24hr period. Start with 20mg and if that isn’t enough, try 30mg. I hope you find relief!
